Training

The club requires EVERYONE to pre-book places at training sessions so that it can manage numbers attending and coaches can plan the sessions; think of it as booking a place at a fitness class.
Booking will close  before the training session starts, when the session is full we run a waiting list so if you are unable to attend you must CANCEL so that others who may be on a waiting list are able to attend.

At the moment we have sessions on Wednesday evenings, Sunday mornings and a recent addition of Tuesday evenings which are specifically for team training and are by INVITE ONLY.
